Jessi is a 69-year-old butch lesbian living on communal lesbian land in Oregon, USA. In this episode, she tells her story of starting testosterone in 1987, at age 31 and the challenges she faced while appearing as a man and taking the steps back to lesbian spaces.

EP 1 - Joey: We're Not Men

Joey came out as a lesbian in high school and started to explore her identity, first identifying as a transman, and started taking testosterone at age 19. She’s since reidentified as a masculine (butch) lesbian.
